Innovation in Hospitality - winning videos of Master Innkeepers Competition 2009

In autumn 2009 the Springboard Charity organised a competition for students on hospitality management courses at 9 universities. We received some excellent entries in video format on the theme 'Innovation in Hospitality'.

Teachers of Hospitality, Travel & Tourism and Leisure & Tourism qualifications may wish to show these 10 minute videos to learners - particularly at level 3 - as an introduction to topics such as New Technology, Enterprise and Innovation or Industry Developments and Trends. The videos also demonstrate the application of a range of audiovisual techniques used by these university students to convey their research findings and to put across their message.
